friends with one or two peers, others make friends with everybody. I found
that quite true on my two kids too. My son as mentioned is the type only

Just a friendly reminder:
income tax return is due on 3/15 and if you want an extension, u need to
file before that and you will get a 6 months extension. If you have tax due,
you need to pay the tax BEFORE 3/15, not 9/15.
IRS must really needs money and for each form that is filed late, the
penalty is about 5k to 10k EACH FORM. If that really happnes, you can ask
for one time waiver. (everybody only gets once chance though).

short period of time. The reason is because we are in the middle of huge
natural gas boom.
The average cost of drilling for natural gas is between $4-$7, depend upon
where you gas well is. When the price dropped below $2 H1 2012, everybody is
losing money and the investment was shifted to oil drilling, thus supply is
in shortage and that is why we see the price going up later in the past
year.

Covenant issue will be fully priced in in the spring when everybody realizes
that oil price is not going to come back quickly.
However, I don't think the bank is going to call the debt even when the
covenant is breached. The best way for bank to recover money is for PWE to
ride out of the storm. Everybody is in the same boat and I bet that PWE is
not going to bankrupt.
Buying under 2 (to around 1) will be a reasonable bet. |

bonus. Whatever happens next year who knows.
The market is very frothy, too many blue chips with P/E over 20s, it's not
supposed to be this easy to make money.
Market is at historical high, not a good time to buy stocks. Best time to
buy is when everybody is heading out the door. When you feel so much pain
you don't even want to look at your brokerage account.

and here is why.
The grand purpose of Saudi is to sell Aramco to diversify away from oil, and
the IPO was planned at the end of 2017 or early 2018. The oil price at that
time will have a direct effect on the valuation of the company, no matter
how you look at it, revenue, reserve, asset, cash flow etc.
In order for Saudi to achieve that goal, oil need to start moving very soon.

earlier this year - everybody is doing fine, and I don't think any of the
employees in our department will be laid off based on the market demands and
business requirements. But I have also seen PIP sent to employees in one of
my previous jobs that meant lay off was coming for those employees.
