(NICE) announced that in draft
guidance published yesterday, it has been unable to recommend everolimus (
afinitor, Novartis (VTX: NOVN))
for the second line treatment of advanced renal cell carcinoma, and that the
guidance is now available for
public consultation.
Consultees, healthcare professionals and members of the public are able to
comment on the
recommendations which are available from 9 February until 2 March 2 |

大多数扩散的实体瘤对化疗多少早晚都有抗药性，但手术后化疗还是必要的，目的是要
最大程度减少扩散的风险。
Jobs 2004年手术，2009年换了肝并且到瑞士做了特殊的放射治疗，应该是发现癌扩散
得已经不行了，早干什么去了？

MRI brain for staging if not done already. What type of renal cell carcinoma
? If it is clear cell type, with known metastasis, the standard treatment is
targeted therapy including pazopanib, sorafinib, or sunitinib for patients
with good performance status. If he has poor performance status, everolimus
is the treatment option.
For metastatic renal cell carcinoma, there is no cure. The goal of treatment
