空调修理记之管路清洗篇
管路清洗,英文名为 flush. 为空调修理中最耗时,最困难的一项工作.
主要包括清洗condensor, high press pipe, low press pipe and evaporator.
而compressor绝对不能清洗. Accumulator 也不能清洗. 根据要求,空调
系统被拆开后,必须更换Accumulator. 所以必须将以上部件全部分离拆
开后分别清洗. 而要拆开各部分,需要专用工具, A/C and fuel line separator.
AUTOZONE有售,$10. 清洗可不能用水,必须使用专用A/C flush oil.
也可以在AUTOZONE买到,$14.
用漏斗将少量A/C flush oil由condensor的入口倒入, 等待3分钟
