个问了一个imaginary tool的问题，一个简单的evaporator的装置，说brand new tool
，第一天工作的，第二天没电流了，问什么原因。 从最简单的power outage, 到power
supply, 最后到filament open circuit猜了个遍，最后面试官告诉我答案是 铜导线
蒸发deposit 到Ti filament上，形成low melting point 合金，就形成了断路。这个
问题估计他也不指望知道答案。 第二个就问了一通safety的问题。第三个也没问啥，
就让我详细介绍了我用过的一些setup. 下午是一个pvd的人面我，我虽然用过不少
furnace,但是对tool怎么工作不是很了解。问我film nonuniformity 问题该怎么
troubleshoot, 又问我stress是什么回事。这方面没准备，都答不出来。 接下来一个

发帖数: 196 | 8 我也同求一个。仪器这方面我操作经验丰富，有的还改造过，大部分都是超高真空系统
，mbe啥的。光刻icp wet etching这些也都会。器件是从一层层长材料到刻蚀镀电极一
步步走过来的，趟过大部分process 的水，知道深浅，不敢乱吹。但hands on经验都算
比较丰富。
老本行是EE，光电方向的。有编程经验，个人总结是勤劳肯干聪明好学。。。 |

发帖数: 179 | 13 PHD即将毕业。专业是ECE device方向的，research主要做graphene和硅的集成，以及
各种device应用。组很小，所以几乎全套的工作都是我做的。做过fabrication，
characterization，modeling，reliability。比较懂device physics 和 fabrication
process。
另外，有过两次暑期实习经验。全在半导体公司。一次做process engineering，主要
是CMP modeling。第二次是device engineering，做device design，layout，测试。
主要是digital & analogy CMOS 和 BJTdevice，还有power device。
我个人学习能力比较强，基本上手都比较快。本科是学物理的，PHD转到ECE，快速上手
，4年多点，就把PHD搞定。journal和conference 一共10几篇。很多东西都是自学的，
所以个人能力请放心。

,没问什么BEHAVIOR QUESTION,都是技术类的问题,PHD的PROJECT什么的,后来安排
ONSITE, HR发来一堆表,发现要办EXPORT LICENSE,就黄了,他家办H-1B,老公同组的两个
老印都去了,后来拿了工卡,老印推荐又去面视了一次,结果工卡也不行,还是要EXPORT
LICENSE,拒HR说,办不办EXPORT LICENSE,主要看HM愿不愿意等,这个东西短要三个月,长
要六个多月. |

学两门以上啊？比如我读了下面一篇孩子写的文章，觉得还行:这个小作者有自己独特
的声音和感想。至于中文能不能写出同样水平的文章，我估计很难，因为语言的不可转
换性局限了这种可能。所以还是在孩子小的时候挑一种语言当母语比较好，如果你的孩
子不是语言天才的话。
