发帖数: 97 | 1 有没有人知道治疗牛皮癣的药？国内的亲戚让买一些药带回去，名字是萌尔夫（他卡西
醉软膏），达力士（卡泊三醉擦剂), 可是翻译成英语是什么呀？请问有高人知道有什
么治疗这种病的非处方药么？我查到名字叫 psoriasis, 也找到几种药名Amevive®
(alefacept) or RAPTIVA®(efalizumab), Enbrel®(etanercept) ，HUMIRA&
reg; (adalimumab), Remicade®(infliximab), Methotrexate, cyclosporine or
SORIATANE®(acitretin), Topical creams (prescription only)
可是哪一种都不象人家说的那两种呀。盼高人解答, 先谢过了！！ |

的资料.我查了Wiki和一些专业网状站, 但是不清楚这些药的中文名,也不知道在国内有
没有卖的.不知哪位朋友知道相关信息?如能分享,万分感谢!!
我查到的药有: indomethacin (Indocin), tolmetin (Tolectin), sulindac (
Clinoril), naproxen (Naprosyn), and diclofenac (Voltaren), sulfasalazine (
Azulfidine), etanercept (Enbrel), infliximab (Remicade), and adalimumab (
Humira). |

发帖数: 5737 | 3 国内有类似的生物制剂，Enbrel（Etanercept）在国内叫益赛普，大概400多一支12.
5mg的，据说应该快要进医保了，进去之后肯定会降价。
其他的还有infliximab（国内叫类克）
以及adalimumab（阿达木单抗），这个刚刚上市没多久。

发帖数: 5737 | 4 可以试试生物制剂，国内就有，查一下益赛普(Etanercept)或者类克(Remicade)或者修
美乐（adalimumab）
风湿跟类风湿是两个概念，类风湿也不会转成强柱，但是可以同时在一个人身上得，对
于你爸爸这个年纪，强柱的诊断还是要慎重一点。好在不管类风湿还是强柱，生物制剂
都是有效的，就是比较贵。
注意睡硬板床，多锻炼腰背部

Things that increase risk for developing shingles include:
Having had chickenpox. You must have had chickenpox to get shingles.
OR
Being older than 50.
OR
Having a weakened immune system due to another disease, such as diabetes or
HIV infection.
OR
Experiencing stress or trauma.

Having cancer or receiving treatment for cancer.
OR
Taking medicines that reduce the effects of tumor necrosis factor (TNF),

现学现卖，几天前刚从kaplan notes上念过。治疗主要是NSAIDs, physical therapy和
exercise。比较新的药主要是TNF blockers，如infliximab, adalimumab, etanercept
等.
现在在临床的能否证实一下？ |
