saving账户，满足一定条件可以取钱出来，term期满了以后没有任何benefit，premium

I would like to purchase a home from a family member. There is no need for
a listing agent or buying agent because of the nature of the transaction.
I assume to start the process by speaking with a real estate attorney and/or
title company.

那个买家估计是专门做flip foreclosure home的，你看他09年12月买下房子，10年1月
份就
挂出来买。这中间很可能花了10多万的装修，所以一开始出来要价67万；撑了1年多才
降到61万买掉

AG Barr investigating a missing Twinkie is a joke.
So I am reading all these comments laughing and calling out "conspiracy
theories". It's easy to "throw shade"..... getting "shade to stick" is
another story.
I know this. A high profile prisoner, who supposedly tried to kill
himself just two weeks ago, this guy could not get near a 6 inch piece of
thread. Now that's not a "conspiracy theory".

实我当时还没买，包子倒是发了。
当时给推荐的是sleepy网站的，名字是Stearns and foster Estate Michaela ultra
firm。我后来好好搜了搜，Stearns & Foster 自然是brand名，Estate 则属于型号，
另有一款更高级/贵的 Estate Lux；而Michaela则是sleepy商家专用的品名，换一个经
销商，比如Macys，就会换一个名字。另外在Estate品牌内部，根据不同品名还有不同
档次。比如sleepy家的Shantel（听上去像老印名字呵呵）就低于Michaela。
那么这些型号/品名之间具体有什么区别呢？
根据我搜罗半天所了解的，简单说来，床垫大致可分成三层：最下面弹簧，中间n层
foam，上面一个top。
如果型号不同，最下层的弹簧的系数和个数都就会不同。以前老款例如usmattress上之
