我想写个amendment or contract rider然后双方签字, 没有律师的话， 会有法律效

實有風險和缺點。第一，房價如何定，第二，如何銷售房（agent 有多管道），第三，
若碰上難搞的買家，紛爭不斷。建議還是找有經驗agent, 好好包裝銷售，多賣個幾萬
，佣金也就出來啦！ 何況現在佣金收費合理，值得。 我是Broker, 從事 Real Estate

the estate tax is scaled down to 0% from 55%, and next year the rate will be
reinstalled to 35%. to die this year will save a bunch for the son of
madoff.
so everyone, if you want to leave nothing to the government, you have 20
days to do so.
and this is your last chance. you won't see this zero rate again in years. |
