我也一直在琢磨做咖啡打奶泡拉花的事儿。我有一个Mr Coffee的espresso machine,
不知道几个bar的，能用蒸汽打奶泡这点就足够了。
强烈推荐楼主尝试一下espresso machine，一来打出来的espresso特别浓特别香，二来
打出来的奶泡是热的（你的french press来回倒腾几下冰牛奶还是冰牛奶吧lol )
最近我在琢磨几个事情：
[1] 去wholefoods买不同的咖啡豆，每样都买一点，可以对比味道，尝试不同的用户体
验，香味和入口的那一瞬间还是有点差别的（说起来有点小资情调泛滥【作】，其实有
时候“哎哟卧槽好苦”还是有很明显的感觉的）
[2] 拉花视频看了不少，可是到自己手里总感觉和视频看到的那个过程有差异。我觉得
应该是奶泡的质地不一样，这个可能跟蒸汽压力，蒸汽含水量，打奶泡的手法有关，这
个连续参数的优化我都没法做对比实验了。 现在基本上倒一个桃心没问题，但是想做
蕨类叶子就做不到了（其实倒好一个桃心，然后停下来，重新做一个新的桃心，同时推
动之前的桃心，然后迭代n次，最后一口气穿过所有的桃心带出那... 阅读全帖 |

intice.
然后，我付chase, 选chase credit card payee, 然后到pay 的时候，一click
sumbmit, 就显示了先前我已付了的那个eamerica express 的信息。balance 也是付过
amx 之后的banlance. 根本没有减掉付的chase的钱。
very onfused.
付款期就要到了， 不知怎么办，求各位帮忙。 谢谢。 |

If you have been Europe, you would know the coffee in Europe is 100 times
better. In US, I tried many types of coffee but none can compare with that I
had in Europe. I suggest you to look for a local small coffee shop and
check. In my area, one local coffee shop is called Java. (Yes, Java.)
The great coffee I had in Europe comes with foam. In US, the only coffee
comes with foam would be espesso. But it is kind too dark. So another type
is americano - added two cups of water in espress |

不出来
还有就是，latte的奶要很多，咖啡容积很小的，你要加dip,就没咖啡味道了---
espress比dip至少浓缩了10倍. |
