表面上看buyer是一个10几个fb的注册不到一年的id
buyer收到东西第二天傍晚快8点的时候从ebay账号request我的电话
(其实这就是疑点一,普通的buyer有知道这个的?)
打电话威胁negative fb不成,8点半open dispute,8点33分Dispute escalated to cla
im。也就是说buyer拒绝任何所谓的交流。更狠毒的地方是,一旦Dispute escalated t
o claim,我只能提交一个不超过2000字母的说明,然后就什么都干不了也看不到了。貌
似paypal的程序是变成claim以后,给seller一个做决定写陈述不超过2000个字母的机会
,然后再给buyer一次陈述机会,然后他们做决定。也就是说我根本不知道最后buyer跟
paypal怎么说的,特别是他原先的dispute里面的陈述很简单。我的陈述本身就缺少目标
。但是我不知道他最后的出招。

买了个东西,不是ebay ,收到后发现是假的
跟seller联系,说可以return,我叫他refund然后我return,他就不理我了
就去paypal开了dispute, item not as described,然后seller马上escalate to
paypal claim (我不怎么懂这到底是什么意思,escalate了有什么区别么),我收到
paypal email 说paypal 可能会联系我要些其他信息。
但是我再去我的paypal看就有一个claim要我response,叫我先吧东西寄回去,再提供
tracking,就还钱。。。
那我到底是寄东西回去还是等paypal找我要信息?

如果你在ebay买了东西,收到的东西跟原本不同,
你可以开INAD的case(Item Not As Described)
沟通过程中如果卖家不愿意处理,也不愿出退回的运费,
你可以把case escalate为claim,ebay会介入review你的case。
不过,一旦你自己要求escalate为claim,这退回的运费就必须由买家负责,
卖家是不用出退回的运费的,除非你这个case你自己等30天,ebay才会帮你出运费。

早就escalate了,发现东西不对就联系卖家要求退货,卖家不理,然后escalate,ebay
判我赢,还给了label,让邮寄回去。package现在已经3次没收到了,很快就会返回来
的。问题是ebay的case上说要deliver后才refund。看来只能等假期完了骚扰ebay客服
去了。

东西是10/05卖出去的,联想翻新台式机,价值490刀,不到1周就ship到了,后来buyer
说信息不对,其实是buyer自己的信息不对,我listing的信息都是官网manual上的。
总之buyer就说ship了,然后过了一个月,buyer说忘了ship了。我有14的的return
policy,这个时候已经过了。然后buyer open了个case,说把东西又ship出来了。给我
看了label,我说你地址寄错了。今天buyer说东西从usps拿回来了,又要ship给我。正
好今天case escalated了。我report了buyer逐条反驳东西完全符合描述。刚才打电话
给ebay判我退全款加shipping。现在离transaction date已经两个月了。我质问ebay,

ebay上面了一个旧电脑,同胞签收后十分钟就在ebay开了case,说不符合描述,因为他
期待这个电脑是mint,而他认为这个电脑condition是fair
然后我一看是个惹不起的家伙,二话不说,直接让他return,然后收到包裹后全额退款
。现在包裹还在路上,没有投递,这个哥们直接escalate the case to ebay要退款。
我靠,我都疯了,整个过程没有给我联系过一次,直接Open and escalate case.

很多事情并不是一定要进监狱才是解决事情,很多事情也不是一定法办了才解决事情,
解决事情的渠道和方式很多,利用这些小事情来得到自己所需要的东西也很重要。
就拿上面书在图书馆被丢了,就有几种发展轨迹
1。闷声不吭气,然后再去买一本;
2。联系当时的管理员,问情况,如果没有合理解释,继续escalate,去馆长那里提出
有建设性的意见,列举1,2,3,比如安装设想头,如果馆长不刁你,继续escalate到
校长那里,越是高层的人越对你客气,越听你的建议,越是地层,越不听你的意见
通过这些无聊的事情可以提升自己的影响力,来达到下一本书不会丢的效果,而并不是
把偷书的人抓起来,鞭尸100遍,进监狱被爆菊就是好
这些都是烙印往上爬的最基本的来事本事,也应该是老中都具备的来事本事

最近被搞了两个case,都不是我的错
第一个case是buyer看错,有一个东西model number是i345-1234之类的,buyer收到非
说以为是i3的cpu,可是listing里面从来说的是另一种cpu。 buyer还开case,说是not
as described(自己看错的也能说是not as described),我同意退货,然后buyer等
东西一deliver就直接escalate,然后ebay就判我输,这样final value fee拿不到,还
亏了运费,幸好东西还没开封。
第二个case是buyer还是看错,有一个东西不是touch screen,buyer自己说以为是
touch screen,而且还是overnight寄的。我接受退货,丫要退全款(包括expedited运
费),我就扣了restockcing fee,buyer于是开case,当然不说是自己看错,而是说
not as described,东西不是sealed(这个谁也没证据),等了几天escalate,然后
ebay又判我输。于是又损失运费(>$60)+ final value fee... 阅读全帖

一个月前恶霸上买了个东西还挺贵的几百刀,一直没收到货,卖家给了USPS tracking
,但是查询永远是status unavailable,我开了个case,但是卖家一直说再等等,USPS
可能不及时更新tracking之类的,今天卖家突然escalate了这个case说手里有USPS
letter证明这个package上个月就已经到了,然而我查tracking还是啥都没有,因为是
他escalate的我根本没法回复这个case,请问所谓的USPS的letter是什么东西,我强烈
怀疑卖家根本没发货,然后在拖时间,然后想了这么个办法无论是PS的还是怎么拿到了
这个letter,请教大家我该怎么办
update: 今天final decision判我赢了,理由是We didn't receive valid tracking
information from the seller. 之前好担心,看来ebay还是公正的

两大利器:
1. Complain
对方不给你办事,可以threat to complain to his supervisor
一般人都特别怕这个,前一秒还趾高气扬的,下一秒脸都能吓绿了
但是这是最后的手段,千万别到处威胁别人,一顿子没把对方打死
时间长了记仇,你就不好混啦
放在架子上永不发射的核武器,才是有效的威慑性武器;
即使投诉对方,也不要一棍子打死,要给对方以余地
“理解你们有相当大的volume,未能及时处理我们的问题”
做人留一线,日后好相见;也许还能变朋友
2. escalate
下面层级解决不了的事,一定要及时CC上级management
主任对着总监讨论事,有效得多
一件case可能一直escalate到VP层级,抄送几十人

如果听不到个道道,那就只洗自己的。他实在还要盯着问你,

If it was a psuedo FR (i.e. just a phone call to verify that it was the
cardholder who actually bought it), then saying it's for drugs is no problem.
But if it were to escalate to a real FR from Amex, wouldn't they look
closely at the line-item receipts and see that the charge wasn't for Anti-
Retrovirals?
If you lie at first then it may just go away and everyone is happy. But if

经常在板上看到与小娃父母与daycare有矛盾,不知如何进退,仅分享自己有限的经验
,算是抛砖引玉把,大家别笑话。我平时在corporate数年领教过很多老美的斗争技巧
,有些还挺好用的,赫赫。
划定底线。
明确什么是可以装做没看见的(比如偶尔的失误),什么是要记账的(比如受伤,被咬
,就要看频率),什么是pattern(比如总是态度恶劣)。注意收集证据,老美谈判的
时候认facts,一旦complain,就要争取一次咬死,而且不要怕往上escalate.一般高层
管理(比如说总院长)更注意影响,作的决定也更有效。
先扬后抑
虽说是complain,基调还是要定的positive。通常是表扬开头,xx老师xxx做的很好,
然后话头一转,说我们觉得他还有需要改进的地方。一般识趣的director就会顺着说咱

学什么功夫不顶用,关键是内心。
小孩子无非是推推搡搡,要教会孩子被人欺负的时候不怕惹事,要勇于escalate.
看过一些report,好像说是美国的大多数小孩bully们的内心实际很胆怯。我觉得可能
跟这里的bully多数都有父母纵容的结果,不像国内,父母对“坏孩子”都打得很厉害。
要教会孩子决定胜负的不是力量而是搞掉对手的决心。这一点所有在小时候打架喜欢抄
家伙的朋友们一定都能理解。所以要教会孩子站在理上的时候要坚决自卫反击,要勇于
escalate。下次早上给孩子出门前穿衣服,别忘了给袖口别个别针,兜里给揣根圆珠笔

明确什么是可以装做没看见的(比如偶尔的失误),什么是要记账的(比如受伤,被咬
,就要看频率),什么是pattern(比如总是态度恶劣)。注意收集证据,老美谈判的
时候认facts,一旦complain,就要争取一次咬死,而且不要怕往上escalate.一般高层
管理(比如说总院长)更注意影响,作的决定也更有效。
先扬后抑
虽说是complain,基调还是要定的positive。通常是表扬开头,xx老师xxx做的很好,
然后话头一转,说我们觉得他还有需要改进的地方。一般识趣的director就会顺着说咱
们来看看怎样帮他做到更好。接下来谈中心问题,总分总,列1/2/3项,多举事实,不
要emotional,语调要平和但坚定,要掌握话语权。
慧眼识人
如果对方是比较友好或至少是professional的,能意识到问题,就可以商讨解决方案。
