美国有一个严重的护士短缺，但学校拒绝成千上万的合格申请人，因为他们努力扩大班
级规模，并雇用更多的教师进行护理项目。
在美国，有经验的护士正在快速退休，没有足够的新护士毕业生来补充劳动力。同时，
全国人口老龄化，需要更多的照顾。
美国护理学院协会发言人罗伯特罗塞特说：“这确实是一个可以接受的情况。”
他说：“医院和诊所有很大的需求来聘请更多的护士。 “希望进入护理项目的学生有
巨大的需求，但学校已被挖掘出来。”
目前美国有大约三百万名护士。据美国护士协会估计，到2022年，该国将需要新增100
多万名新注册护士，以满足其保健需求。
这是一个问题。
2017年，护理学校拒绝了56,000多名合格的本科护理课程申请人。根据美国护理学院协
会的数据，十年前，护理学校每年都会拒绝大约3万名符合录取要求的申请人。
Rosseter说：“其中一些申请人的班级高中毕业以上，达到3.5 GPA或更高。 “但现在
进入护理学校的竞争非常激烈。”
由于缺乏开口，所有护理项目（社区学院，本科生和研究生院）都在大量排斥学生。

Michigan。
Mon bouldering 2.5h. I was only doing some V1+ trying to get back in shape
after my injury in Feb. My right shoulder is completely recovered and I was
able to do some real dyno. However， my left shoulder is still loose. It was
really nice climbing with Jessie and Erica and I got some suggestions from
them. It's inspiring to see girls doing V4+!
