说这种【已知过去，预测未来】的典型题应该用什么方法呢？
方法肯定不只一种，我能想出来的只有time series，然后autoregressive。但是我的
统计、随机过程的知识少的可怜，所以肯定应该还有更合适的方法，拜托大家出出主意
，毕竟这里牛人多，而且大部分都是统计随机高手。
另外，弱弱地问：这个和stochastic differential equation(SDE)有关系么？

万能买什么样的，70万在新泽西好学区（Basking Ridge）可以买98年，3000尺左右，
