伊卡说过，你是不可能了解到一个公司的方方面面的，这个时候要有big picture。
我来给你们一个数字。
全世界大概有10-15家可以把成本控制到40，剩下的稍具规模的是50-60.
美国就三片，bahhka 盆地，eagle ford，还有墨西哥湾，海湾这个不用说了，高成本
，有多高，我不知道，但是你知道一定会很高。
你现在考虑油价，需要知道的是什么样的公司能盈利，什么样能爆发。
比如我的老相好做的是production &exploration，然后是equitment service，还有
refiner和pipeline，你美国页岩油成本低，他中东成本就高吗？
再说油价，天然气价格，走的都是contract hedge price，2年前的冬天，老相好卖掉
的天然气是3.7，当时期货价格是3.2.这玩意，就看管理层对市场的敏感度，期货价格
是70，实际成交不见得是，再说公司都做hedge，差别大了去了。
这里石油的big picture是，shale oil是当年没办法才的，现在能采了，成本是多少，

判决同性恋可以结婚的winning argument不是同性恋也有真爱，是无婚姻同性couple
财产和法律关系不受相应保护（收养、生育、继承、医疗保险coverage，婚姻存续期间
共同共有财产，人身保险受益人，一方去世以后另外一方能够继续享受对方名下的退休金
和其他社会保障金，等等等等），所以给予他们结婚的权利。婚姻是为了培养下一代出现
的。如果你不打算留后代，任何形式的法律化责任都是不必要的。爱是变化的，但是孩子
一生，责任就是几十年。如果人随性而至，社会抚养孩子的成本会非常高。
举个例子。麻省合法化同性婚姻的判决里面，对于婚姻的现实意义是这样表述的：

一点torts，刑法，civil procedure等等知识来浅谈，不免贻笑大方了。我觉得如果要
求金钱赔偿，必然有一个证明赔偿金额合理性的问题。除非是壹块钱这样的norminal
damage （也是可以的选择），一般的damage金额（如1百万）要能被批准除非原告能证
明有物理损伤的精神损失，然后根据具体多少损失来估计赔偿金额，或者能以强有力的
证据证明abc或kimmel违法，法官愿意给punitive damage. 我这只是自己的想当然，没
有做过更多研究。不过我还是觉得证明金额合理性是很难的，除非将来有受这次事件教
唆的对华人华裔的人身伤害，我觉的要取胜很困难，punitive damage 很难。不需要伤
害结果的罪行可能有，但应该不会这么容易取胜。考虑到可能会变成class action，法
庭未必会同意给任何一个原告具体金额赔偿（因为那样所有原告都应该同样赔偿）。
如果我们追求declarative relief，法庭只需要判决abc的行为违法。如果追求
