可以认定美国在朝鲜战争中使用了细菌武器。不过，从现有资料可以看出，在朝鲜战争
中美国细菌武器造成的中朝方面人员损失不算很大，这主要是由于中朝方面采取了大规
模的灭杀带菌生物和人身防护等措施，另一方面似乎是因为美国的细菌武器尚未定型，
其目的主要是进行实战试验——当然也想捎带着给打破美军“饮马鸭绿江”美梦的中国

观察，还要求当地专家会诊同意，这些都需要时间和过程，像你说的早上八点看病，中
午就能排除，临床上应该不太可能。而且没有epidemic爆发的正常情况下，地方卫生机
构应该也不是每天固定时间送样本给CDC，而是case by case，因为成本问题，有需要
的时候才启动。
像CDC这样摸棱两可的指示发下来，但又没有宣布国家紧急状态有联邦财政资助，最有
可能出现的情况就是地方自己解读，地区和地区差别很大。比较严格又资金充裕的地方
就err on the side of caution, 把大量疑似样本不管三七二十一的往CDC送，而比较
穷的county估计就统统当流感，让回家自生自灭 |
