(Reuters) - Libyan rebels have captured a special forces unit in the
east of the country after a secret diplomatic mission to make contact
with opposition leaders backfired, the Sunday Times reported.
The team, understood to number up to eight SAS soldiers, were
intercepted as they escorted a junior diplomat through rebel-held
territory, the newspaper said.

工艺极其精巧繁复的从中国向瑞士走私的盗版手表，并为其以假乱真的技艺到吃惊。报

amplify. 24bp primer is too long, 18 is enough.
You can try epicentre fail-safe PCR kit. There are 12 buffers with different
Mg2+ and betaine combinations. Usually some of them should work. |

zero from epicentre is the way to go...with one around, I got virtually no
rRNA as determined by agilent Chip...based on the kit, the starting RNA is about 5ug and ends up with 150-
400ng RNA. So about 3-8%...that's what I got for all my 8 samples...
