其实网上交流图的话，根本连8000ed都不需要，epson或者microtek就足够好了。
人家eon不也就用epson扫么？ |

每个因素都有一定关系，既不要overplay也不要downplay就行了。
比如下面这个contigency matrix，

A的人比如danny，C比如当年的的om4、比如eon，受到赞扬是一致公认的。
B这一类人呢，被骂器材控、好机器烂片、wsn，也是常见现象了
现在的问题是D这类人，觉得自己因为C这类的存在而沾了光，觉得自己好很有资本瞧不
起B，这就很可笑了。不是说你拿烂机器拍烂片就比好机器拍烂片更了不起的。 |

发帖数: 2663 | 45 ebay上拍来的X1 extension cable前两天才到，昨天终于有空在上面开了个口，俺那闲
置的HD4350终于派上了用场。Freenas 很容易就装上，不过感觉没什么意思。想试试
EON，但转念一想已经有一个solaris的NAS了。于是决定上Windows，网上看大家都装了
WHS，可是俺没有。手头有的是2008和2008R2的license，于是决定试一试。偶琢磨着既
然CPU是64bit的还是上R2吧。于是换上2G内存条，开始装。第一个难题竟然是intel的
driver要floppy才能装。以前折腾XP的时候，一来机器上的确有floppy，二来很多主板
可以先compatible mode装好系统，然后装driver再换回ACHI mode。这回彻底不work了
。唯一的办法就是把driver integrate到installation disc上。可惜的是现在能找到
的工具拿2008 R2没辙，一般都明说只支持win 7，有的说2008 R2 partially
supported。反正浪费了很多时间，连install.wim都没能mount。最后只好放弃，退而 |

比较过raidz或raidz2跟mirrored pool的performance吗？买这么多HDD，解决heat和
dust的问题也很头痛，还有就是electric bill是多少，不知SDD raidz{,2,3}与HDD
mirrored pool那个性价比更好。

，手上有5块闲置的2T，准备再入一两块搞个8TB的raidz2.按照预计，这个pci-e(x8)的
1068E,应该比欧atom330板子上的PCI sil3124给力很多啊。
直接买一个的坏处是不太容易知道opensolaris或者EON能不能跑。能跑的估计都不怎么

还有专门的NAS distro EON也不错. 如果对*nix不熟,又害怕那就FreeNAS吧,还凑活.
