Civil PE can work on Environmental Projects.
While environmental PE cannot work on Civil projects.
And I think it is true. However, it doesn't mean a licensed civil PE is
capable of leading a process project.
PE is just a license, if you plan to work on civil projects, then get a
civil PE instead of an environmental one. Most of the time, it is just a
choice. I bet if you have civil engineers take an Environmental PE exam,
most of them won't pass. :) |
