且都是学术圈的，已有reference一堆，其中一份是著名的兰德公司的报告。
另外，美国和澳洲已立法限制使用脑波扫描仪，拿脑波扫描仪扫本国公民已是联邦法的

来美国念了soil science master
现在environmental chemistry(toxicology)混合专业PHD first year在读，所谓混合
专业其实就是我们学校有一个
interdisciplinary toxicology program，老师由其他各个学院的教授组成，我在这个
program里面，但是我老板是environmental
science的教授。
我现在做的项目是土壤和地下水修复，具体来说是通过酶解的方法降解土壤和地下水中
的污染物，虽然实验结果还不错，但是这个方法费钱费时，

master(烂校，排不上名次），攒了点paper和审稿。前些日子问律师（wegreened)，评
估申请NIW给了approval or refund，EB1A暂时只有moderate的机会。但是由于去年年
底funding原因，年初就转入同一个学校的计算机系，读data science的phd. 但是这样
由于不跟我之前的research在同一个领域，就没法用我之前的文章和审稿申请EB2/EB1.
现在有另外一个选择，就是去另外一个综合排名50左右的学校读marine science。至少
听起来跟environmental science接近不少（也不知道移民法具体怎么规定的），但是
research方向主要是modeling（之前发的文章主要是environmental toxicology，基于
bench work），跟bench work没联系了。真要说起来，跟之前的research方向也搭不上

说起，到1941-43年的河南大饥荒。河南作家刘震云的中篇小说《温故一九四二》说的
就是那个事儿，大批河南人背井离乡逃难，还有很多人吃人的事件，惨不忍睹。建国以
后挖井、修渠，有个很出名的红旗渠。但现在黄河水一年比一年干，水渠的水也比以前
少很多。去年去河南，听当地人说因为挖井、修渠大量开发地下水，破坏了生态环境平
衡。这个讲座似乎还是持积极态度的。有关心这方面的朋友可以去听听。

行的保护环境努力感到满意，其中农村居民的满意度高达80％，城镇居民的满意度则为
74％。
根据这项在2011年对4200名中国成年人进行的调查，77％的中国居民对空气质量感
到满意，而73％的中国居民对水质感到满意。不过，中国城镇居民对空气和水的质量满
意度要明显低于农村居民。城镇居民对空气和水的质量满意度分别为63％和67％，远远
低于农村居民的87％和78％。
该民调还发现，北京、上海和广东这三个中国大城市的居民对环境满意度明显低于
全国平均水平。北京和上海居民对空气质量的满意度均只有46％，广州居民的相关满意
度为49％；广州居民对水质的满意度为61％，北京居民的满意度为60％，而上海居民的
满意度为58％。
与此同时，北京、上海和广东居民的环保意识也相应的高于全国平均水平。总体来
说，57％的中国居民认为政府应该把环保列为优先工作，哪怕会减慢经济增速。相比之
下，高达77％的北京居民、75％的上海居民和66％的广东居民持以上观点。
