不过说实话，就算是其他entree，西餐——美式的，也就这些花样吧？猪排牛排羊排鱼
排鸡翅什么的，大不了有些海鲜，吃来吃去的大同小异，谈不上好吃谈不上难吃，基本
上再好的餐厅也没有惊艳的感觉。当然其他西餐——不但是西餐，其实还有中东、东南
亚、日韩之类的，除了中餐以外的，可能还有一些惊喜的。当然对我个人而言，还是习
惯中餐，尤其是比较清淡一点的，粤式的、江南那一带的。 |

吧。跟着大人吃就成了，做得清淡点儿，不要辣的咸的。
我们现在2岁零4个月，体重一直20%左右，属于不爱长肉型的，但体质不错，蛮活泼的
。一日三餐如下：
早饭：有时候在家吃，有时候在daycare吃。家里一般吃个蒸蛋+碎蘑菇，喝5oz左右的
奶，加一点儿水果。 Daycare里吃麦片或者pancake或者small bagel，加半杯奶和一点
儿水果（两片橙子或者两块苹果之类的）。他在daycare有时候能吃完，有时候也吃不
完。
午饭：Daycare解决，包括五种。Entree主菜，完全是西式的那种，比如meatball+
spaghetti,fried rice，noodels,或者小pizza，面包一小块，半杯奶，蔬菜（基本上
是煮青豆和胡萝卜那类的），水果。这些吃完了都可以再添，我家宝宝吃得也是时多时
少的。
下午午睡起来吃一个酸奶或者吃些奶酪，吃些水果，小饼干什么的。
晚饭：跟大人一起吃，烤排骨和虾是最爱，卤牛肉和蒸鱼也比较爱吃。各种青菜也都吃

和娃爸以前没孩的时候已经玩过orlando,所以这次基本是完全按小孩的喜好行动。经验
就是，小孩的喜好真是unpredictable. 所以想和大家分享一下两个小女孩游disney的
感想，希望对别的家长有帮助。
老大的胆子在同龄中算中等，不是特别胆大也不是特别胆小。老二的胆子在同龄中算是
偏胆小的。老大很喜欢princess, 老二最近两三个月开始明白什么是princess,在姐姐
的熏陶下可以辨识绝大部分的princess, 还认识micky和minnie。
这次我们住的是Disney里的port orleans riverside, 12月3-10号去的算淡季，有free
dining plan的promotion.
Disney resort:
这个port orleans riverside在Disney算是中档resort, 但不得不说光看房间是完全不
值，基本是2-2.5星的水平，但是除了房间，别的都不错，landscape很漂亮，一般3星

的是知道怎么按人头算分量的，比如一大盘多少个servings，你自己搞未必行，除非很
有经验。。。
反正除了饮料，有salad, entrees（有一个全素的选择），然后desserts就差不多了吧
，再加上fruits/chips/salsa/dip之类的。。。要我说，酒精类的啤酒就得了，葡萄酒
种类多
而且一般还得跟食物pairing，当然超市也许可以建议你怎么来pairing wine and
cheese。。。 |
