整个calendar year内是否有FSA coverage，而不在于是否有contribute到FSA。我们因

的HR看来也没理解对。
不过，是否有办法把我从spouse的FSA coverage “remove”出来？FSA账户上是可以把
我的名字去掉，但是似乎随时可以加回进去，所以这种操作应该不算“remove”

这个跟保险公司和谁给你买的，什么保险有关。这里帮不了你，自己与保险公司交涉。

有一张citi的dividend world mastercard. 已经很久没用了。但今年2月份看到此卡有
1个programn, 即购买1-3月符合healthcare（好像是这个category）的有5％ cash
back. 因为去年生病住院金额蛮大，所以用了这张卡pay bill。我也不知道我的医院帐
单是否qualify这个healthcare.但我新的statement出来后，只显示我有total earned
dollars,但我很长时间不用这卡了，我不知道这是我很久前就攒下来的cash back呢，
还是这次earned？
另外我有点击"see detailed”，看了里面的内容，可里面显示的total available div
dollar 与 home page上的total earned dollars完全不对。我又去查了citi的cash
back center,花了半了多小时，啥都没查到。就感觉citi的reward programn好烂啊，
