发帖数: 354 | 1 我的老板是一个good speaker，他要求他所有的phd都要能够 ask valid questions，
而且回答问题要对答如流，抓住问题的精髓(用他的话 hit the nail) 且回答的
要有层次有深度。他经常说着说着话就跳出一句“Give me three reasons to ...”
“Give me three concrete examples to support your statements”，考，我心想
你也容我想想啊。况且很多时候我跟他思考问题的角度不一样， 打个比方，他说
“饭要怎么吃？”我想了想说，可以炒着吃，煮着吃蒸着吃。。。他说“错，你没抓
住本质，饭要用嘴吃”，简直让我莫名其妙。
其实这本身也无可非议，是一个锻炼的好机会。但他把这个作为phd
的一个首要标准，还说 think about how to always speak well formed technical
spoken enligh, think about how to improve the ability to lead a research
group and super |
