其次，我列举几种我知道的方法，并稍微评价优缺点。
最后，希望大家补充其它方法。目的是集思广益。
1.找到调控序列（Regulatory elements）
这个可以做promoter bashing，一段一段去掉调控序列中的某一部分。根据剩余部分是
否仍然有表达或者对某个刺激有反应，这样可以推测出Enhancer中哪一段序列是必须的
。这个运气好的话，应该能找出一小段必要的序列。我看有人能找到大概500bp就可以
了，有人能缩小到100bp，还有牛人能缩小到20bp。好吧，那基本离最后的调节序列的
大小不远了。
Pros：思路相对简单，结果相对清楚
Cons：如果调控序列有几个，并且分布不集中，又或者有几个不同的转录因子参与，于
是乎有不同的调控序列且分布分散，那么，很难有干净容易解释的结果。
2.做reporter盲筛
有了Enhancer当然很容易做reporter，从早年的CAT到现在随处可见的luciferase或者
GFP之类的，reporter用的相当普遍。有了reporter想要找转录因子，最简单的就是挨
个试了。过表达或者KD都行。

C1载体。
最近实验室从SBI买了一个载体pCT-Tubulin-GFP，看了公司给我的map，我也测序验证
了下，看到这个载体上的启动子只有CMV promoter，没有enhancer。
这个载体使用以及基因表达完全没有问题。我就是突然好奇想向各位老师请教下这个
CMV enhancer是否是必须的？理论上CMV enhancer肯定是能增强CMV promoter的效率。
但是如果没有的话例如SBI这个载体用起来也没有啥问题，表达量也是刚刚的。哪位老
师可以给讲解下CMV enhancer的功能吗？有没有谁比较过with enhancer和without
enhancer的CMV promoter的基因表达效率? 谢谢啦！ |

license/ID. 就是在驾照上面新增了2个地方：enhanced和美国国旗（表明国籍）。
我们没有入籍的，是不是不能申请enhanced driver license ？普通驾照已经不能作为
真实有效的ID，来出入境和飞机，以及进入联邦机构场所。

There are lots of papers concerning the hybrid structure in localized
surface plasmon resonance (LSPR). I found that they are 2 catalogs. One is
photo quenching, the other is PL enhanced.
I have asked a expert that whether the PL of semiconductor can be enhanced

程序网上都有，只要确定你的车里有combox就可以了，就是trunk后面的垫子全部揭开
，看到有个铝盒子，上面写着combox就可以了
具体bimmerfest上都有
2015 enhanced bluetooth和usb都是328i标配了
2014年以及以前美国大多数车应该都有combox，因为美国的标配有bmw asistance， e-
call，这个就要求有gps，然后bmw干脆就都配了telematics combox
刷了之后，可以蓝牙streaming，usb接iphone后可以看短信，有专辑图片，还有很多很
多其他小功能

我的美国银行debit card已经使用一年
最近突然发现被收了monthly fee for bofa enhanced，一笔是15刀
再往前一查差点儿气的吐血：已经陆续被收了五次这个费用
google后发现这简直是霸王条款：只有每个月存2000或保持余额在5000以上或刷美国银
行绑定的信用卡才能免除这个费用
问题是我的工资三个月发一次（CSC公派留学生，一个月1700）；两个人过日子，也不
可能总是保持余额在5000以上；而且一直申请不上任何信用卡，包括他们自己家的
想想我的肺都快气炸了，这一年已经给这个该死的银行贡献了75刀！
请问有什么办法能免除这个费用吗？
btw,昨天去柜台申请了一次，终于申请上了他们的信用卡，看来以后可以不用交这个钱
了，但当时问店员，得到的答复是以前收过的费用肯定要不回来了
不知道还又没有什么补救的方法？

么就开现金支票10刀一张。
Enhanced可以开2个checking，加一个MM Savings。而且送一本支票。
其实你不怕麻烦的话……从柜台取2000，然后ATM存进去就能免月费了……BoA没说是DD
，所以只要是从外面来了2000就行 |
