non-exempt和exempt的区别其实是收入高低区分的，联邦有FLSA来规定是不是该员工是
exempt.
加州的民猪党其实钻了一个空子，就是应该用总收入determine non-exempt还是exempt
，现在改用hourly rate.这样算起来，其实员工的总收入是远远高于FLSA的limit的。
你们应该去法院告这个恶法

按照传统(其实是西方的传统)，求婚或订婚时男方要送女方一枚钻戒(称为engagement
ring)，女方是不送男方钻戒的(看来只有男方向女方求婚了)。结婚时双方互赠素圈
戒指(称为wedding bands)，这才是以后生活中经常戴的戒指。wedding bands因为
便宜所以经常戴着也不用怕掉怕被抢，而engagement ring因为很贵所以一般都是在
某些场合才戴上的。
我上个月花了折合840元买了一对白金wedding bands，没有任何样式，就是一对圈
圈。需要说明的是白金不是铂金(platinum)，白金是white gold，还是gold的一种，
不过因为颜色是白的而与黄金(yellow gold)区分开来，价钱上白金和黄金是一样的，
都大大低于铂金的价格。另外需要说明的是要去好的商家买，以后若是圈圈的尺寸
不合适了还可以拿过去改尺寸。
买engagement ring花了我很多时间，需要说明的是，如果有条件，一定要买个钻戒

紧能更好的engage背部， 上提大腿臀肌收紧腰腹保持core tension, 上翘脚尖，下沉

1. 引起主要戏剧冲突的特质，和观看者有着本质的相似，
比如《流星雨》，这个要什么没什么的女子和四个公子哥对峙，符合了大部分女孩子的
处境，主要情节一上来，女孩子立马自我代入。
2. 被观看者认同的这方在处理问题和对事物的感受方面和观看者基本相似
说简单了就是价值观要差不多。比如《基督山伯爵》快意恩仇，让很多人都有代入感。
还有一个additional的credit就是一个作品能造成某个心理满足，比如你从小就很渴望
母爱，那么在看《人工智能》的时候，会有极强的代入感，或者你期望有个无所不能的
老爸，那你看《还珠》也会有代入感。（想了想感觉这是第一条的延伸）
当然，作品要让你有代入感，就必须强调1这个和你很相像的特质。如果作品不做强调
的话，那可能会造成你很engage，而未必会代入。
同意好的导演会营造气氛，即使不造成代入感，也可以让观看者engaged、置身其中、
并且一起笑一起哭，或者care about the main charactor、对这个charactor有着极大

发帖数: 587 | 50 按照传统(其实是西方的传统)，求婚或订婚时男方要送女方一枚钻戒(称为engagement
ring)，女方是不送男方钻戒的(看来只有男方向女方求婚了)。结婚时双方互赠素圈
戒指(称为wedding bands)，这才是以后生活中经常戴的戒指。wedding bands因为
便宜所以经常戴着也不用怕掉怕被抢，而engagement ring因为很贵所以一般都是在
某些场合才戴上的。
我上个月花了折合840元买了一对白金wedding bands，没有任何样式，就是一对圈
圈。需要说明的是白金不是铂金(platinum)，白金是white gold，还是gold的一种，
不过因为颜色是白的而与黄金(yellow gold)区分开来，价钱上白金和黄金是一样的，
都大大低于铂金的价格。另外需要说明的是要去好的商家买，以后若是圈圈的尺寸
不合适了还可以拿过去改尺寸。
买engagement ring花了我很多时间，需要说明的是，如果有条件，一定要买个钻戒
送给女方。如果你仔细看过一颗ideal cut的钻石的话，你一定会为它的brilliance和
