这里说明一下：
如果没有“no turn on red”的牌子，红灯时可以右转，只要转之前停车观察，让了该
让的就行了。如果路口是“photo enforced”的但没有“no turn on red”的牌子，这
样可能会触发拍照，但只要你转之前停车了就不会给ticket。 |

今天跟一个师兄一起出门吃饭。
我们走在路上，我在路边看到一个标有photo enforced的牌子，上面还有一个红绿灯标
志，我就提醒他这个intersection可能会有拍照。他也很注意了。
可是我们走到那个intersection的时候，根本没看到任何photo equipment！
于是我还在跟他开玩笑 说是不是这个牌子也该拆了。都没有photo纯属吓唬人。
结果我们走到下一个intersection的时候，我突然发现路边出现了跟国内摄像头那样的
一组摄像头！
这不科学啊~明明是下一个intersection才要出现的标志~为什么在上一个intersection
出现标语牌了~ |

contents and arrival of its notice of allegations from the NCAA, according
to sources familiar with the investigation.
The NCAA has told UNC officials to expect to receive a notice of allegations
on or around June 10 stemming from its investigation into improper benefits
and academic misconduct within the football program first reported by
Inside Carolina last summer.
