taxpayer 本人承兑的，tax preparer 的行为将属于欺诈，将会受到500的罚款。
endorse 和 negotiate 都是关与支票有关，你要不签上你的名字兑现，你要不转签给
他人，business law里在draft里有具体讲到。 |

到florida的EIT。我就申请endorsement。Florida好像是非常严格。我国内的学位公证
后还差一门化学科。我打电话给公证公司。他们告诉我只要补上化学课就可以了。然后
去Local的大学补了。今年一月我的申请竟然还是被board拒绝。被告知我永远拿不到
Florida的EIT。因为我是在texas考的试。我的学位公证公司结论是不accredit abet
equivalent。我说我已经补了化学课了。一来公证公司说这可以。二来我知道有人也是
补了一定的课才可以在Florida考试的。这说明只要补课就行了。那个处理EIT申请的女
人态度极其恶劣，得到的回答是你是在Texas考的。不行。我说先考试后补课，和先补
课后考试有什么区别，再说考试又是全国统一的。她根本不回答问题。就是重复说，根
据Florida law。你的degree不equivalent。你不可能得到EIT。然后说你考PE没有问题
。因为你通过了FE exam，又补上了deficiency就可以了，而且还会考虑你的工 |
