的不是那个affordability的percentage，而是能afford的人口数和房子总数的比例。
这里看百分比是没有多大意义的。只要还有人能买得起还愿意买，即使affordability

症（Bipolar disorder）均为独立的疾病实体，相互之间没有概念从属关系。张纯如的
诊断最初是抑郁症（Major Depressive Disorder），后来有医生诊断燥郁症（Bipolar
disorder）。这两个疾病都没有妄想表现。

今天跟哥们儿们在Cupertino吃过晚饭开车回家，到Vallco Shopping Mall那个天桥下
面时候，我前面车右转进停车场，我就刹了车在那等前车转弯。结果后面一个巨破的
Camry(2002–2006 那代)，狠狠撞了我一下，我4000磅的轿车被撞出几米远，后面
bumper弯了，右边的俩排气管也歪了。
我和我老婆都感觉脖子疼，后面三岁娃吓的直哭。
停路边下来看，发现是个ABC小女孩k开车，拿了手机就在那短信电话，连个P也不放一
个。小孩嘛谁跟她一般见识，再说了美国的缺心眼孩子还少吗，开车发短信的事太多了
，这路上这么开阔，你能就怼上我这么大一辆车，我也真是无F可说啊。
这会儿她奇葩的妈咪来了，开了辆巨老的minivan，居然前轮和后轮还是不一样的轮圈
