VICTORIA是位于温哥华岛上的一个小城市. 别看它小，却是BC省的省会. 去VICTORIA最
通常的办法就是坐渡轮, 从VANCOUVER 的tsawwassen到VANCOUVER ISLAND的SWARTZ BAY
, 一个半小时的航程. 夏天渡轮的航班挺多, 几乎是一小时一班. 我们8点不到出家门,
本来想40分钟的路, 肯定能赶上9点的轮渡. 没想到温市的早晨也是交通的PEAK TIME,
我们被堵在了高速上, 8:55才到达摆渡口. 9点的那班没赶上, 就只能等10点的. 所幸
摆渡口有一排小店, 卖礼品的, 卖快餐, 饮料的都有. 我和W逛了一圈, 买了个小PIZZA
吃. 不一会排着队的车子就开始登船了.
上了船, PARK好了车, 我们就走到上面的船舱里. 渡轮很大, 底下两层是停车的, 上面
三层坐人. 里面还有礼品店, 船头船尾各有一个餐厅, 还有休息室(但要出钱进去). 我
们在船里走了走, 就上了最高层的甲板看风景. 整个海湾风平浪静, 相比我们以前去的

have read various of books on Chinese History from different western
historians and many newspaper articles from that period of time.Since those
authors were not involved with either Parties, I assume their point of
views are less biased.
