的相去甚遠，但，來路走了很久，而未來依然并非坦途。美國已經正式成為同性婚姻合
法的國家，但對
于同志的平權運動，這并非是結束。
兩年前的同一天，肯尼迪大法官的就Windsor v US一案的判決詞將同性婚姻合法納入聯
邦范疇已經被
認為是同志平權劃時代的勝利，今年Obergefell v Hodges 的判決下達之前，無論保守
派陣營還是自
由派陣營，都不確定肯尼迪大法官是否還會成為關鍵的搖擺票。畢竟兩年前的溫莎案針
