existing footing 外的development 可能就不够了，需要hook，那你就不能穿过那个
洞了。 ACI318 给你的是正常的情况，估计不适合你，你需要的应该是epoxy
embedment. 你的情况edge distance应该不大，要想develop ＃5然后发挥钢筋全值很
难，concrete governs.非要计算的话，你可以算出钢筋拉力，去HILTI表查，具体还看
edge, spacing distance. 看你的结构重要性决定把。胡言乱语，不对请指正。 |

基础设计，钢筋配置一般只是最低配筋，根本没什么必要做develope length。 你只要
大概6‘’epoxy into existing footing. 你可以用Simpson Set Epoxy or Hilti
RE500 Epoxy. |
