本来我也很怕猫的。后来住一个地方，有好几只野猫，总是横在路上，我实在没办法，
也只能装作不怕，后来就真的不怕了。我觉得猫看上去很可怜，尤其是那种很瘦的白猫
，脏兮兮的，毛也掉了，懒洋洋的躺在太阳底下，用一种很幽怨的眼神看着你，我顿时
会爱心泛滥。我其实是很多愁善感的，看见这样的猫竟然会流泪。
我乡下家里的院子，常有野猫光顾。在我家四面封闭的院子里，流浪猫应该会感到安全
吧。不过它们只能在院子里活动，跑到屋子里我父母是会把它们赶出去的。有一次一只
猫到我妈的房间里去了，我妈尖叫，我爸爸就猫打跑了。可怜的猫，受了很大的惊吓。
我能看出来猫在瑟瑟发抖。不过第二天又在阳光下了。

其说是“风险小”列表，不如说是“房子难涨地区列表”。试论证一二：
1. 常言道“强者恒强，弱者恒弱”。NYC, SF地区房价高企不是一年两年了，支撑房价
的不是那个affordability的percentage，而是能afford的人口数和房子总数的比例。
这里看百分比是没有多大意义的。只要还有人能买得起还愿意买，即使affordability
