标题： 为贪便宜, 男子花67元整容, 结果鼻子没了!

整容不仅会给身体带来伤害，而且还要花费大量的手术费，一般的家庭完全承受不起高昂的整容费用。而来自菲律宾的一位小伙Ellowe Alvis，只花费了67块钱（折合人民币）整容，由于没钱整容，他选择在黑市做了整容手术，而且只花了67元。
Ellowe是一位模特，他之所以整容，是为了让自己变得更俊一点，这样就能让自己的事业有更好的发展，他第一次整容是垫鼻手术，为了节约钱，他找到了黑市的一位医生，医生直接给他报价500菲律宾比索（约67元人民币）。
如此廉价的整容手术打动了Ellowe，随后，Ellowe便做了整容手术，医生在他的鼻子中注射了一种不明的填充物，医生称注射的是胶原蛋白，受伤后，Ellowe的鼻子立竿见影，挺拔了许多。
但是没过多久，Ellowe的鼻子就出现了不良反应，最开始是浮肿，后来就开始溃烂，鼻子也慢慢变形了，整个鼻子都快要毁掉了。
