特火爆的名字, 忘了具体叫啥了. 平时就象谁欠了她八百块钱似的. 干活的时候,

这示波器惠普的. 烧坏了你赔得起吗!".
现在惠普早已不生产示波器了. 99年, 惠普 spin off agilent, 告别了包括偶怀念
的示波器business, 实现转型. 先后并购Compaq, 3Com, EDS, 钱赚的不少, 技术
创新到没怎么听说过. 以前HP引以为豪的是公司管理的HP way, 就象共产党的毛思想
一样. 不过和共产党一样, 近年来, 他也把毛思想丢了个精光, 到是drama queen层

了，难道这真的是“纯技术”公司的宿命么？公司的目标都是获取利润，而Oracle则将
这一理念发挥到了极致：凡是与利润不相干的一律干掉，原文用“ruthlessly profit

items, including 2 wall posters and a calendar (which some people might not
be inclined to count as "books".) It also lists 117 science fiction

这几年，美国大公司的牛逼故事可是不少，等我有空了，
写两个给你们看。
1. 财政部长Paulson 逼着Bank of America（BAC）吃掉Merry Lynch
这坨狗屎的故事。 原来的BAC的CEO Lewis不愿意吃狗屎，结果直接被
Paulson KO， 换人，换上来一个愿意吃狗屎的CEO。 搞定！
2. HP的装逼管理层，以前CEO Mark Hurd（很牛逼）作风不好，和女助理胡搞为由，
开掉Mark Hurd，后面请来个大傻逼CEO，公司搞成一团糟，股价狂跌的故事。
话说牛逼的Mark Hurd 8月份被HP开掉，9月份就被Oracle 的老大 Larry Ellison
抢过去，做Oracle（甲骨文公司）的二当家，跟Ellison 直接Co-president了。
牛逼吧？
