the radiator there is huge, so when the heating system stops working it is
still cold in the bedrooms.
So I want to buy a electric heater, safety is the main concern. I want to turn
it on some time before she sleeps and unplug it before I sleep, so oil filled
ones are best (I don't know if there are other models can keep warm after
off). And will not be too hot to get burned. Better has temp control and

然后问过很多还算是专业的人，得到的答复是OK的，没问题。
然后后来据朋友告示，当地的电力公司免费测试electric magnitec field。
昨天下午5点的时候测试的，发现后院靠近电线杆的地方以及3个guest bedroom都是在1
.6－2.6之间波动。但是masterbedroom, living room, kitchen, play room都在0.4－
1.2之间波动。
请问一下大家的意见，谢谢 |

reasons:
1. Much safer, no risk of explosion, CO and CO2 poisoning.
2. No smell like gas.
3. Not competing Oxygen with you in your house, which means less new air
needed to be brought in, and cheaper heating/cooling cost.
4. No residue on your cooking utensils. |

时就是听朋友说这种好清理，现在有点后悔没用煤气的。这种的火力还不如我以前住公

generator and a 500 gallon in ground fiber glass tank, and soon find out
the generator is not powerful enough to supply the whole house duing peek

给说说这房子值得买吗，附近的高压线对孩子有没有影响？还有Easement是不是很

另外虽然这房子很漂亮，但是上market后已经几次降价了，不知道是不是这个原因。不过老公坚决不买了，说高压磁场对孩子不好。我不懂，所以就想问问有经验的朋友，这

you can get and the most reliable kind, should last very very long time
with almost no maintainence.
Heat pump is much more efficient if you live in a area with mild winter,
older units are loud, but the same loudness as AC running in summer.
Not sure what unit rate for your local utility, cost is not necessary more. |

bathroom.
As to electricity usage, you can simple look at it's wattage. If you put a
programmable thermostat on it so that it's only on when you take bath, it
shouldn't be a lot. For example if it's 1000 watt and you have it on for a
hour each day, it's just 1 kwh per day. |
