开始和最后的浮板打腿练习,因为胳膊没有动作,所以910XT无法记录。
前天业务不熟练,竟然把休息和游给弄岔了,结果啥也没纪录上。。。
今天试验了一下,非常好用,距离完全正确,最后游了两个25yard的蛙泳和一个25yard
的仰泳,最后一个仰泳被识别成蛙泳了。

run since January 4. The 1000 ft elevation, wind and changing temperature
were killing me. At mile 17 of no man's land, my nose is suddenly bleeding
like a spring, had to stop for 20 minutes and used the snow as ice patch.
Ended up 3 hr 7 mins moving time with 3 hr 35 mins elapsed time. My worst
run ever. Good part, only 16, 22, 18 left before tapering. |

不是特别累
但是伤痛比较多。。不过休息完后感觉也还好
直接从最多六迈上量到10 Miles 之前从来没上过7miles
有个人也在跑道跑, 姿势非常好看,身材也非常FIT,面无表情的超我一圈又一圈 。。
真希望早日达到他的水平

86公里。成绩无法跟班上各位相比,但已经达到了跑前自己制定的430目标。过程轻松
愉快,很享受这次体验。
从去年二月准备苏州金鸡湖半马,与本版结缘,一直潜水,从未冒泡。从本版获取颇多
,但贡献为零,汗颜。趁着昨天的记忆犹新,我的兴奋劲儿还没过去,也写写我的处女
马感受,算是为本版还点情,文笔不佳,大家见谅啊。
4年半前海龟苏州,3年前体检,中度脂肪肝,高血压,高血糖,超重。医生说要管住嘴
,迈开腿。从医院出来,就买了辆山地车。每天上下班骑车(往返约12公里),有时晚
上孩子们上了床骑车绕金鸡湖,一年骑了大概有5000公里,年底体检,体重降了~3公斤
,肝表面光滑如镜(好像是医生原话),血糖正常,血压还有点高,但低于前年。
看到了坚持锻炼的好处,去年年初过四十岁生日,暗下决心,跑个半马,从此与本版结
缘。按照跑版大牛们的建议(历史贴,忘了哪个了),找了个入门半马十周训练计划,
跟了后八周。结果两个月体重掉了5公斤,告别超重历史。四月初的半马跑了1小时57分
