民再出狠招，大刀向H-1B们的头上砍去》。我作为北大校友，目前在美国做移民律师，
读了“北大飞”的文章以后，发现里面有若干错误。几天后，又看到“北大飞”同学自
己在后续文章中提到，他的这篇文章“引起了广泛重视，其阅读量超过10万”。更严重
的是，他在题为《对川普政府取消H-1B签证延期的深度解读，前景不容乐观》的后续文
章里面对于当前生效的美国法律（具体来说是关于H-1B延期的条款）做出了错误解读，
可能会误导很多人。因此，我认为有必要澄清“北大飞”这两篇文章中的错误，包括似

那个Event Horizon我就是从那里买来看的. d版光盘有个不好就是除非你买了, 你不知

第一次参加，定下的目标只是8小时完成全程，所以骑的比较保守，每个补给点都停下
来充分休息吃东西。所以完成得非常舒服，整个过程很享受。当然不卖力的结果也搞得
有些遗憾，现在老想，如果给点压力，push 一下，能不能在6到6个半小时完成。这也
许是明年的目标啦。也许这也是大家一次又一次参加活动的原动力啦，呵呵。
活动的后半程感受到了大腿抽筋的味道，小抽了几次，挺了一下就过去了，感觉光靠加
在水里的电解质好像还是不够，应该还是要口服一些盐片。也许也有可能还是对长距离
不习惯。
补给站提供的clif shot bloks吃起来相当不错，不粘牙，成份和gel一样，但不会像
gel吃完后粘糊糊的，决定做为以后骑车的必备能量啦。
骑得快的人真是快，根据结果，最快的男女都只用啦4小时16分钟，够凶猛阿。

那个山谷我在秋天时候也骑过，到处是萧瑟的荒草，这次完全是不同的景象，绿色给山
谷带来了勃勃生机。晨雾缭绕在山坡顶上，心旷神怡。
骑到山顶餐馆，有不少休息的自行车手。不经意间，一个穿着一件jersey的背影，吸引
了我的眼光，上面写着“20000ft+ elevation gain, 206.1
miles, I did it in one day！” 刹那间，崇拜如滔滔江水，斗争了几秒钟，我决定
不放弃和神人打交道的机会，过去搭讪了起来。
话题自然是从这件jersey扯开，原来这个ride叫做“devil mountain double”，就是
下个星期了，他开玩笑说，你现在train还来得及，我吓得赶紧摇头，呵呵。他和朋友
在进行最后的训练和自行车调试，虽然他也有正式的工作，但是每周都会花费大量的时

2012.07.29 下午 练习自由泳1小时 1500yard
开始和最后的浮板打腿练习，因为胳膊没有动作，所以910XT无法记录。
前天业务不熟练，竟然把休息和游给弄岔了，结果啥也没纪录上。。。
今天试验了一下，非常好用，距离完全正确，最后游了两个25yard的蛙泳和一个25yard
的仰泳，最后一个仰泳被识别成蛙泳了。
