雪线大概在8000ft左右, 二号公路不用雪链.
按照原来计划7点在210/2 公路旁集合卡普
周日装备我觉得有crampon+登山杖就可以了, crampon 可以到REI去租.
打酱油的可以戴上登山杖走到哪就算哪.

我的感想
1. 文化输出， 比方说空手道， 当年日本往海外输出了一批师傅， 中国没有， 都是
自己搞的
2. 需要人多来高， 一定要商业化， 为了赚钱，也为了人多，对学生下手也不能太严
， 不然娃的父母也不让娃来了
3. 穷文富武， 习武如果不是个full time 的课程， 也绝对是超过part time的， we
ekend warrior，不行的， 平时为了生活奔波， 回家累了不说， 还要有时间练， 有时
确实需要毅力
4. 青出于蓝而胜的还是少数吧， 总是教一辈可能就缺了点啥的， 有时可能缺地是精
髓
5. 人对自己身体的 “爱护”，肥胖人增多， 导致了竞技性的武术少了 观众和参与，
有人认为MMA cage fight 是野蛮人的运动
6. 传统讲传承， 真东西各家还是保护地挺严的
7。 基本功的要求， 版主师傅踩腿还是走鸡步， 好多人就知难而退了， 还有大护法
初级班就要45分钟浑圆桩， 不能放下。。。确实让有些人非常泄气的
还有好多。。。。我就不多说了， 以上有的apply不光是传统武术， 其他的也一样 |
