We got FingerPrint notice today which schedules appointment on 8/4. We
could not find any info about walk-in at this Application Support Center
(Oakland, CA). the website for the ASC is

action=offices.detail&office=XFB&OfficeLocator.office_type=ASC&OfficeLocat
or.statecode=CA
Does anyone know how to find a contact number for the above ASC? any
suggestion on walk-in?

Find the local office, Enter your ZIP code. Click Infopass, then follow the
web page to make an appointment. It is free.
There were only three persons in the room waiting for the infopass this
morning. I just waited for 3 min. The lady called my number . I showed her I
-140 receipt. She checked on the computer and told me the result. It only
took 2 min for the procedure. |

date. If the date is different but the content is the same, then it is soft

numbers, then in "My Portfolio" you can see a column of "Last Updated".

的I-130排期是不是有加速？
因为之前看到份报道（忘了在哪）说美国要加速移民审批等候时间
但是网上查了下 没有相关的新闻请问有人了解吗？
答：前些年，一些媒体报导说，美国即将修改移民申请条款，只要在美国获得博士学
位，就能直接发绿卡，无需申请。但现在这个法案还是没有能够兑现。所以，看一些关
于移民政策的媒体报导没有任何用处。
排期有不有加速和倒退，只能以美国国务院（DOS）每个月公布的VISA BULLETIN为准。
2. 请问processing time 是怎么知道的呢？
我在USCIS的网站查了下 I-130审批时间有4个service center
5个月（texas, nebraska, vermont)到4年(california)不等。。

但是我们申请时是寄到Chicago。。

你可以在他们的网站注册一个账户啊，然后把你的receipt#输入，设置email notice，
这样一旦有hard LUD，你就会收到Email了

把昨天efile后得到的SRC号码输入，建立case追踪，怎么出来错误信息，说什么insert
failed。这个是为什么呢？多谢！
