发帖数: 814 | 3 上次说到在ebay上拍了一个engine mount，已经收到了，质量不错，
新的OEM parts。上个周五又order了p side egnine mount 和 D side trans. mount。
今天早上就收到了。本来打算周末换的，实在是等不及了。
下午回去就开工了。
Introduction
我的车（saturn）有四个egine mounts： upper engine mount( P side), trans. mount
(D side), trans. dogbone, engine dogbone. 其中upper engine mount 跟trans.
mount是承重的。换trans mount 和 engine dogbone 需要拆轮胎。upper engine mount
最容易换，在engine 的右上方。 trans dogbone在电池的下面，需要拆air intake box.

EGNINE.

不过开EVO去买菜也不用到6000RPM才换档吧?

发帖数: 69 | 6 最后还是选了做硅公，咨询了几个在Wall Street的朋友， 要从纯financial software developer 转quant也不是很容易的事。貌似software developer也不是很受见待。而硅谷的公司说最快6个月可以开始绿卡的process,但是申请哪种类型需要看自身的条件。
最后谢谢板上的各位大牛们，一路走来得到很多的帮助和启发，祝大家都心想事成
板上各位大牛，明天需要决定去哪儿，自己还没有想太清楚，想听听大家的意见，

8月开始，进去3个月培训，再决定去哪个组（根据表现双向选择）

根据我的经验：Candidate最好算法好。。板上应该有不少吧。（申请C++的可能稍微
tough一点点，因为组里C++的老板都是大牛，有参与开源经验的最好，没有也无所谓）

have an engineering degree. 2) you are not confident and dont know what
you can do.
even after many years of hard study on your new dgree, say, petroleum
engineering, your resume will look very negative, showing that a person with
a phd. and postdoctoral experinece cannot even land a job and repeatedly
waste his time on pursuing another degree........
