下换成SSRI的药物，SSRI的药物对孕妇的使用级别是B，定义为， no evidence of risk
in humans, but adequate human studies may not have been performed. 市面上还没
见过孕妇使用级别为A的antidepressant，SSRI的药物已经是对孕妇副作用最小的了。eff
exor还没有被评级，好像。另外，任何的psychotropic的药物都会通过母乳excrete，你

的今日关注节目，GFW之父方滨兴和清华五毛教授孙哲被请来谈谷歌问题。这次

典型的linkage analysis的方法IBD (Identity By Descent)就是用pair of affected
siblings. 我所说的case only是说没有unaffected （normal）subject参与统计。
有人可能会好奇，为什么没有control也能做出来。我们从linkage这个词就能看出这一
点。Linkage，严格来讲指的是两个位点之间的关系，离得近的两个位点在遗传的时候
更倾向于在一起。如果一个marker位点离真正的致病基因很近，就会有很强的linkage
。如果没有linkage关系，这个位点跟致病基因会以1/2的概率一起遗传。如果能找到一
些位点以高于1/2的概率跟致病基因一起遗传，不就可以说明致病基因在这些位点附近
了嘛。可是问题是，我们并不知道致病基因在哪儿，知道了我们就不用做这些事了。幸
运的是，我们可以用是否得病来代替致病基因的状态。当然，如果致病基因跟是否得病
的关系比较弱，那这个替代就会不准，这也是为什么linkage analysis在effe |

不过事实就是这样，在apple，不是你做power的想怎么做能更好。做系统的会要求你为
了达到他们的要求，要你三天俩头改你的power management。做软件＆外观的会为了达
到他们的要求，在反复push 系统工程师改他们的design，去实现某个软件的fancy功能
或者更好的外观。你想想apple靠什么卖钱就明白了。
更直白一点，很多时候power management用哪家的ic＆mos 都不是power engineer 说
了算。 （当然也有很多politics在里面。这个估计板上有人了解更多内幕，我就不瞎
说了。）总之很乱。在湾区，做apple的vender是出了名的累，里面engineer的压力也
很大。
另外，如果不是在power公司，power engineer的地位很低下的。你觉得intel在
portland的
那两个power group能跟老板提要求说为了我VRM好design或者eff更高，你把CPU改一下
把。不被老板踢出去才怪。。。CISCO＆GOOGLE也一样。。。你本来就不是主要业务嘛
。。

循环性能好不奇怪，而且他们用了45%!的cb. 首先他们用来对比的bulk和nano sample
不是
同样方法合成的，表面情况肯定不一样，非常怀疑那些小size的LiCoO2有大量的
proton
在surface/lattic里，才让capacity这么矬，而且没有平台，slope是水热合成的
LiCoO2
常见的。 其次还有cb和particle的分散问题，显然是size越小越团聚，和cb的混合就
越不好，会有很多isolated particle, 也非常影响capacity. 基本上nano electrode
循环性能差于um electrode可能是目前毕竟普遍的结果，但是他们这文章里面的方法
漏洞太多，XRDrefine结果等等error太大，他们的model里也做了非常非常多近似忽略
了很多很多东西。 总而言之他们的结论可能是对的，但是方法是很有问题的，但是也是
很有价值的，毕竟这是第一此有人试图去理论解释nano electrode的电化学曲线和
size effe |
