It's better not to go to bowls. That way, at least you won't get your ass ki
cked, like VT did year after year after year after year after year.
Sometimes it's a blessing in disguise to have an awful coach like Edsall who
has the magic ability to turn a "rookie of the year" into a complete
failure. In a couple of years he will be fired and MD gets a chance to
snatch
a good coach, maybe.
As an ACC fan, I root for every team in the conference to improve so that

时候,可以那佣金,卖的时候,只需要付买方代理的佣金,所以,倒卖房屋也是增加收入的
一条有效途径.
倒卖房屋常犯的一个通病是,过高估计利润,过低估计花销.一般说来,我只买价格相当于
市场价70%以下的房子. 20万买进的房子,装修后,至少应该能卖到$32万以上,才好下手.
同时,有一个好的包工头,非常重要.价格,质量,工期,三方面缺一不可.如果质量和工期
能保证的话,价格高一些也能接受.
以下是2010年我经手的几栋房子.
1. Hylton Ave. 与朋友合作,2009年11万多买进,$18万卖出.工期拖太久,错过了卖
房的好时机,所以一直到2010年春天才卖掉.净利润只有4万,每人分两万.很不满意.
2. Frances Dr. 一个客户拿到的短卖.2009年底银行批准后,客户不想买了.我告诉
他说有利润,他就拉我入伙.$100800买进,未做任何修理,2010年初$132,000卖出.除去开
销,净利润$2万多一点点.虽然钱不多,但时间很短,也没太费工夫.还好.
