Unfortunately we cannot reach a decision based on the reports we have
already received and we will need further consultation with the reviewers.

process in PLOS system. Manuscript should be processed by editor office,
and then assigned to editor who is supposed to go over it and draw some kind
of solution. I normally read it as editor in whatever time that I have in
a week and take some time to think about it. Then I will send invitation
for reviewers who are given 6 days (in PLOS system) to make decision. When
