要求：
1. 要用google voice, 所以准备用android的手机，个人不喜欢blackberry.
2. 手机功能主要是打电话和看小说，还有不知道买的手机支不支持linux，所以只要能
支持中文(这个应该不难，自己可以安装）和wifi(若支持linux，就不用wifi)的就行了.
3. 网上查了一下，对于prepaid phone，即使我用google voice, 还是要交钱(这个>40
)的，还有我不需要data plan,所以只要最最基本的 plan 就可以了。
基于以上3点，我的计划是
1. 买个sprint 29.99 的 plan, 选个 free 的手机就可以了。 Activation Fee=36
2. 买个 HTC or Mortola 的 android 手机 < 300. ( eba |

目前在军方下面的一个研究所做research scientist，这个单位要我工作3年之后才可
能办EB1b，目前的supervisor不一定给我写推荐信，还没有混熟。
我的情况如下：
1. 文章：
1）18篇 journal papers，其中11篇是在美国PhD期间发的，7篇一作，4篇2作，另外7
篇是在国内发表的。 在美国写的11篇文章中，目前还有两篇在审。国内发的文章方向
和在美国发的文章方向有差别，但基本理论相似。
2) 1章Book chapter，主编是业界老大
3）6篇peer-reviewed的conference papers
4）9篇non-peer-reviewed conference papers
2.media 报道：
1）获得过一个travel award，全美10人/年获此award，有网页专门报道我
2）获得过系里面的一个大奖（$5000),每年只有两个phd获的，有专门网页报道我
3）一个网页主要报道我老伴，我的名字出现在里面
3.Review
目前审了9篇文章，但journal一般。 |
