要吃SO，就要强调diversity，要重新回到以前的分发，这样EB2C可以大大推进，配合
降级，没准就C了。

2014 到Apr 2014 的inventory data，指出后者只比前者减少了212个名额。
5.27 上午从奥本本人处得到回信的。 他列举了三种情况inventory data没有很好
cover的：new filings， 在两个service center之外的District office 处理的，和
海外处理的。 他说从1.1 -4.1 总共用了960+ 个名额， 迄今为止，EB2C已经用了大
大超过（well over）85% 年度限额。 |

后，一年只有2000的demand。这个2020年会出现什么情况呢？
另外，H1-b中国籍批准人数是在逐渐下降的，不知道大家注意了没有（12% to 7%）？
原因应该是印度裔获得了更多的名额（因为他们申请人数多，导致被抽中的人数也多）
。这个趋势下，即使配偶继续占有名额，会不会也导致EB2C等待期的剧烈缩减？ |

需要4-6月。这个不要脸的就是不放，每个月预计4-6周，而且排期次次印证。说
demanding 足够多。硬是把我们在门外多档了一年，让我失掉了不可挽回的职业发展机
会。
现在他打自己脸说可能要浪费EB2C名额，真没见过这样的货。 我诅咒他！ |

impossible to get those data. So I have plotted this way. Current date v.s. (Current Date-PD). Y value is 0
means PD "current".
As you can see, the difference is growing larger and large in last five years. Only recently, it betters off a little
bit. Where it goes next? I think it should go down in next couple of years. We need to fight for our fate.

后发现485库存并无显著增加的话，那么他会在7月排期中把EB2C大幅度前推吗？
另外奥本制定排期的时候估计也就是根据inventory估算名额，他也不会知道未来到底
会有多少Eb2转EB1，有多少Eb3转EB2。 |
