EATER 有用吗？有人用过 Non Stick Oven Liner 吗？ 大家是怎样清理烤箱顶部的呢?

排骨，粉蒸牛肉，盐菜肉，回锅肉，冬瓜炖排骨，宫保鸡丁，变着花样地给我做，直接
导致我现在就一个meat eater的节奏啊。以前家里条件没有现在这么好，那时候做蒸肉
米粉都是外公用石磨推的，好庞大的一个工程，所以吃粉蒸肉那必定是过年过节或是家
里有庆祝的时候。后来搬新家住二楼了，石磨没办法拿走，只能依依不舍放弃它了，吃
粉蒸肉的次数就少了。再后来，外公身体状况变得不好，他走了以后，带走了我和外婆
生活中的好多快乐。我变成了外婆一直以来唯一的念想，唯一的精神支柱。虽然外公的
粉蒸肉走了，可是我来了呀，我会让外婆的老年很幸福，会让爸爸妈妈的未来很幸福。
蒸肉米粉：
1. 把大米，花椒，干辣椒，八角混匀。
2.2.铁锅烧热，不加油不加水，将1种所有料放入锅内，中火翻炒。米会从半透明变白
，再变黄色，注意不要炒糊了。香味出来后，关火，放入盐，炒匀，摊开晾凉。
3.炒料晾凉后，挑出干辣椒，八角丢掉不要。放入blender短时高速多次打碎，注意不
要打得太细。
4.4.等打好的米粉彻底凉后，放入密封罐内。 |
