hall的房间差不多，一个人住的话，只要要求不是很高，也就足够了。另外一间就是我
跟我老婆住。Apartment有一个客厅，一间厨房，一个洗手间，相对来说还是很宽敞的
，而且都是木地板的，很干净，采光也很好。
2。地点；
East Cambridge; 40 8th street, cambridge
离MIT的kendall地铁站走路10分钟左右，到附近的galleria shopping mall步行也是10
分钟以内。
3。租期：
提供两种出租方式：
第一种短租，2011. 8.1~9.7 ，这段时间正好是MIT开学的前一个月左右，如果你是MIT
的学生或者访问学者，没有找到租房，并且想来了之后再找，这种出租方式是最适合你
的。

由于工作变动，需要搬到外州。现有一个1b1b的apartment转租。租期到明年5月结束。
位于east windsor的shoprite后面，交通方便。里面装修了3年左右吧，很新。木质地
板，卫生间，厨房，卧室，living room都有独立窗户。很舒适。由于本人现在不在NJ
，所以不方便照相。如果有意向，可以联系我。再安排看房子。
屋内有基本家具，如果你需要，我都可以留下来。现在房租是1050，包水，暖气，天然
气（做饭）。如果你有意，房租可以商量。

我们在看房，都说East Brunswick的华人多，可是昨天去一个小区看房，一开始不明白
为什么看到我们开车进去，人家都停下手里的工作，直着眼看我们，后来才发现全是白
人。看了两个不同的地方，就没碰上一个华人的家庭，看来我们是找错地方了。请问咋
们中国人都住在哪儿了？也顺便问问，在livingston大家都住在哪儿，不想住在全是老
外的区。谢谢。 |

发帖数: 287 | 46 现在就在mid-town east租studio住，每个月月租都要到2100,很贵但是主要是上班太方
便了。
现在利率这么低，正在考虑是否要买个studo condo,一来自己住，二来即使自己不住了
，也可以租出去，而且可以考虑使用管理公司。
看到一个studio, 就450ft, 每月的property tax和maintenance cost 加起来要800块
左右。不知道这样的studio condo值得考虑吗？ 这样的性价比如何？ 是不是贵了？看
到这个房子已经在市场挂了3个月。
若想在midtown-east找这样的condo,合适吗？ 请指点，多谢了。 |

发帖数: 44 | 48 East Bay Bike Path 是迄今为止骑过的风景最好的自行车道。前些天贴过一个cape
cod的shining sea bikeway。SSB的亮点是沿途有海滩，终点是著名的woods hole，而
且可以坐ferry去marth's vineyard，此外有一些side trips。相比之下，EBBP沿路的
风景极为多样化，有城市，有池塘，有lighthouse，有海景，有湿地，有小海港，有很
多漂亮的房子和自行车道融为一体。点睛之处是接近南终点的地方是非常漂亮的Colt
State Park。两条车道各有千秋，但我们更喜欢EBBP（而且离家近）。
去年骑过，这是第二次去，非常enjoy，以后有机会还会再去。这条车道离波士顿大约1
小时车程，全长约14miles，如果你想骑完全程，准备至少半天去enjoy，路上有不少地
方可以停下来欣赏。如果时间有限，我建议骑南边的半段，加上一个side trip去“
colt state park”，我们这次在colt state park看见至少3对wedding。。。

google一下。这条道过的几个地方从北到南：east providence, barrington, warren,
bristol, 后3个town都还不错。 |
