mile/h, 来往的车辆速度都很快，基本都是50 mile/h。
突然，在一个急转弯 90-100 度，此前没有任何减速标志，只有一些转弯的交通标志（
沿路上有很多弯道）。车在转弯时右轮突然出线，下意识的稍微用点力试图板正，但没
效果，不小心这时用力过度，车疯狂的向左边转去，车彻底失控了，不得不打方向盘向
右转一点，结果车屁股碰倒一根柱子，车在路上开始转圈，刮起一层路面和灰，车后部
彻底毁了。幸好出事的这几秒钟内，没有任何来往的车辆！！！！！
真是上帝保！老婆和我居然没事。我们仔细下车察看了周围路况，愕然发现，该出事点
的路边树上居然放有两个年轻俩美国人的遗像，鲜花还没凋谢！ 看来该地点应该是交
通事故频发地！！！！

发帖数: 636 | 18 mm,其实routine没有严格的时间的，尤其是对小宝宝；我自己写的一些帖子有时候建议把时间拖延下什么的都是比较大的宝宝了，也只是建议，前几天有个mm也写了，关键还是要自己耐心的观察宝宝，基本的思想是满足宝宝的要求，加以引导（比如吃奶的时候就确保吃饱，瞌睡了就确保睡觉）。
1，EAS的顺序我的体会是宝宝刚醒来（醒来比较平静高兴的那种，有时候醒来是烦躁的哭就得继续哄睡，应该跟饿的哭会有区别，但每家不一样吧）就吃奶，这样能确保宝宝吃饱，不然玩到困了再喂
宝宝有可能就吃个半饱就睡着了，过会又醒来你就搞不清她到底是饿醒的还是睡够了。
但小宝宝基本没有什么实际的A time, 喂奶，换尿布，拍嗝都算A time的。先不要太纠
结时间长短，先把这个顺序建立起来，宝宝自己慢慢会调整的。
2，所以也不需要强求宝宝3个小时，尤其是母乳的宝宝挺不了那么久的话，你可以设计
成EAEAS。如果宝宝真的吃奶睡着了什么的，也没有办法，下次醒来再从EAS开始，等他
长大一点就好了。这是宝宝挺不到3个小时的情况。同理，如果宝宝以后大了，3个小时喂他还不饿，也要根据他的需要延长时间再喂。 |

I like the brand "Mother ease" and "Bamboozle" (maybe wrong spelling?) I
have never tried bumGenius but I heard it's not bad either. If you are using
those simple prefold diapers, you need to change every 2 hours. But these
fitted diapers (such as bumbenius, Mother ease, Thirstie, etc.), most of
them can last 3 hours or even longer. Prefolds definitely need to be changed
every 2 hours. |
