个人觉得你应该算是在IT行业里没有成功转型的那种。这样会比较尴尬。
现在你想changeup了，但是像之前的人说的，去做IT的business绝对比去break into
finance来的要容易并且risk小些。
因为你索性要改变了，为何不增加以下自己的manage的能力而去学finance呢？毕竟你
有10年的经验了，把心思花在如何抓住市场然后根据自己的idea去做公司显得更实际些
。每门有每门的学问，也需要积累，如果你现在去改去做quant,不仅要把数学捡起来，
还要不断的更新自己的金融知识，而这些那些从本科就学习、关注这个行业的人绝对比
你有更大的竞争力，他们而且还年轻。
你可以去读MBA，但是你会发现里面分组做项目，做报告等都是根据自己的之前在某个
领域的经验的，到时候你会自然而然的去走IT startup的path了。MBA对你最大的收获
应该是培养你的biz sense,如果你没family不差钱，去读个转换一下自己也无妨，但是
没必要aim at finance world only.
