发帖数: 322 | 14 如果确实在USCIS网站上显示approved了的话，应该是可以，保留好申请用的收据（应
该还有一封确认信吧？），那个在USCIS网站查询申请进度用的EAC9xxxxxx之类的号码
就是你之后EAD上的卡号。工作的时候给HR部门提供EAD信息是就提供这个EAC开头的号
码，I9也要填写。如果HR要求出示复印件那么说明情况并提供卡号应该就可以（在这个
环节也看HR态度了） |

我的情况有点复杂，我在12月21日收到了卡，当时网上的状态也是card production了
。但是卡上面的有效期只有到20130220，信附加说明因为我要求开始的时间较早（01/
02/2013），所以这个卡只是temporary的，他们还没申好材料，但是后来我一直没有收
到permanent的卡，直到在网上查我的状态，又回到initial review了，因为：

时迅速上网查解决方案，发现file replacement效率也许是最高的，因为只要拿着申请
replacement的receitp就能暂时工作90天。file replacement的材料都准备好了，就在
我准备寄出的前一刻， USPS通知我说邮件找到了。。。 |

02/24 加急，被拒绝转入二级客服，只好在一级客服提交加急（因为已经用CPT开工，
所以加急理由是financial loss），第三天被拒
03/09 再次试验，转入二级客服提交加急，7天没有消息
03/16 查询加急，再次转入二级客服两次，第一次被告知每人只有一次加急机会，然后
直接被挂断，第二次被告知30天内不能加急两次。这证明二级客服也基本没有什么卵用
。。。

NIV Receipt #: EAC....(号码就不说了） 这个号码点进去是我以前OPT申请的
Case number状态是card production. 这个正常么？ 是不是3.29 我的H1申请交上去之
后就会有新的number来track status?
