北京市委常委、市公安局长傅政华24日表示，目前，北京市公安机关已对239家在
京重点网站的交互式平台建立了首都网警执法账户，初步实现了虚拟社会公开执法的有
效覆盖。迄今公安机关破获涉网案件3916起，抓获违法犯罪嫌疑人5007人，清理网上违
