俄罗斯“去美元化”议题已白热化，而Gazprom Neft公司率先宣布与90%的合作方达成
人民币、欧元结算协议。继其之后，部分俄罗斯大型公司也表示已准备好，一旦制裁进
一步推进，将改变美元为主货币结算，转向人民币和其他亚洲货币。
随着中俄双边贸易发展，欧亚“混血”的反美元轴心迅速成形, 美国在乌克兰外交政策
