那seller或者seller agent是会有权选择买家的吧?
有时碰到的agents带着去看，
有时是自己在网上看到的信息去看，
请问是不是seller agent不会愿意把房卖给有buyer agent的buyer?他们需要分
commission吗?
自己网上看到的信息，是不是最后也要跟seller agent签 dural agents的协议?
如果buyer agents存在这个问题，那就不需要跟他们去看了?
否则白浪费那么多周末时间，最后seller agent也不愿意卖给?

发帖数: 700 | 5 第一胎用的是 epi-dural ,push了很长时间才生，也是胡乱push，没有感觉。
第二胎到医院已经开了 5 指，哭着喊着要麻药，这个痛简直不能忍受。被告知不能用
麻药，立刻蒙了。我在医院里也经常给病人止痛药，现在轮到我自己了，才体会到原来
人可以被活活疼死了。不过我的病人们的疼一定没有我的厉害。不过 push 很有感觉，
也很高效，整个过程一直在拼命喊叫。正在想着自己要被疼死了，宝宝就生出来了。
现在很庆幸没有用麻药。真是好了伤疤忘了痛。
如果有机会生老三的话，看能不能要 IV pain meds only，总觉的 epi-dural 副作用
太大，我生完大宝后脑袋就不如以前好使了，觉得还不如我妈。 |

回复这位 MM, 祝你第二胎大顺产。如果第一胎顺产，无 C-section ，第二个肯定比第
一个顺利，生产通道已经打开过了。身体有记忆力的。
我生头胎时肚子痛了早上去了医院，还被赶了回家，第二天一大早又去，在医院呆了整
整一天才生下来，用了 epi-dural，所以整个过程不觉得特别痛。这次一开始觉得肚子
痛还不着急，两三个小时后痛得受不了，才让老公送我去医院。这次是真真实实的感到
生孩子的痛了。真是无法忍受，要痛死人的感觉。
没有用麻药也有好处，感觉身体恢复的快些。整个过程对身体的损伤也小。事后想想，
忍受点疼痛还是很值得的。小农的想想，我的保险不是太好，麻醉的话自己要付一大笔
co-pay，现在这笔钱也省下了。 |

2008年J1在10月转了H1B，也不知填1040NR还是1040？填Dural status 好麻烦，等
于填两套税表。若2008年只填1040NR会多交税钱，吃亏吗？或是这样做不正确？该怎样
填好呀？
还有J2（H4 ）的学费，若是填1040NR就不能有减税，是这样吗？困惑中。。。

7424，我保证你不会mess up your paint。我一般用低速上腊（实际上是paint
sealant），打上非常薄薄的一层（4滴1分硬币大小的sealant可以cover 70×70
centmeters），等一个小时，用microfiber towel 抛光。推荐目前最好的paint
sealant：four star UPP (Ultimate Paint Protection).if you worry about sharp
edges, just use application pads to apply wax on these edges.
